Welcome to Hannage Brook Medical Centre
We are committed to providing high quality care to our patients and our doctors, together with our treatment room and reception staff aim to provide you with the highest standard of care at all times.
Our practice was awarded 'National Exemplar Status' by the NHS in 2004 in recognition of the quality and range of services provided and the high standard of the accommodation.
Do you need an emergency appointment?
If you need an urgent appointment today please telephone the surgery as soon as possible. Your call will be triaged which means that a doctor will call you back, assess your problem and decide upon the best way for you to be treated. This may mean that the doctor will deal with your problem over the phone or may make an appointment for you to come into the surgery. All patients who need to be seen urgently WILL be seen.
Get Well, Keep Well
Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
All our consulting rooms are accessible to patients using a wheelchair. We also have a number of parking spaces outside the practice reserved for patients displaying a disabled badge. There is a lift available for access to rooms on the first floor of the health centre and disabled toilet facilities are available on both the ground and first floors.
For patients with hearing problems, there is an induction loop in the reception area.
